In order for Obama to have wire tapped Trump, he would have had to obtain a FISA warrant. The courts ONLY issue warrants based upon PROBABLE CAUSE.. Probable cause means there's ample REASON to LISTEN in. So, I suspect Trump waited because he didn't want whatever the PROBABLE CAUSE was to be made public..
However, given that knowing how FISA warrants are issued INVOLVES some knowledge of HOW the government works, I think Trump is winging it..
He's STUPID, STUPID man. But, of course, we already KNOW that.
