To a large extent class is taught.. sometimes formally but mostly informally.. it's passed on by parents... who raise their kids not to behave in certain ways... so if for example we were talking about Trump, (as if we would!) then clearly he was either raised without class or was just unable to benefit from that kind of teaching and example.
To some extent, class is part of one's personality.. nature.. if one is a boorish oaf then one would find it hard to stop being so... all the more so as if one were a boorish goit, (thinking of Trump here again) then it's unlikely that they have enough class to even want to learn how to behave with more class...
SO i guess I am saying.. it's possible to learn but that would be dependent on him wanting to learn, on him understanding why it's important, on him understanding how badly it affects America having such an ignorant prez. So don't hold your breath :P

Provided we are taught ethics/morals and see them in place modeled by our closest authority figures - it'll happen. But we need to see how this self discipline and control is employed in day-to-day life to be able to live it for ourselves. This is not usually something one finds their way to by trial and error.
Some athletes are natural-born SS. They are talented beyond average and stand out early on. Others have to work very hard at it and can only be adequate. I wonder if class is like that? Some have the talent/ability from the git-go and others work at it. Still others don't even understand what it is or care. It's not on their radar. Thank you for your reply m'dear! :)
