  • I haven't got an answer to give but the strategic disadvantage bit is the kind of out-of-the-box thinking that makes this question kind of stand on its own. Very, very good.

  • "Sound" might have been a better word than "disadvantage".  My reason is this, if all of Hell is out the kingdom is vulnerable to external attack. Some city defenders need to stay behind for such an event.
