Early dinner is always good, my yoga teacher told me there must be three hours gap between your dinner and sleep time.

That's what I'm told too. I don't want to be awake all night because I ate too late.

The poor eat good in America. They are skinny from meth.

  • 5-6 most days. Sometimes later if I get home later.

  • We have our main meal at lunchtime -- between 1 and 2 pm. The evening meal is light and is usually between 6 and 7 pm, sometimes later when there's daylight saving.

  • I've heard that. Because we have the days available it seems more pleasurable to take time over lunch.
