Per Sean Spicer "shorter is better". The Republican plan stack of paper is better because it doesn't take up so many pages. Do you agree?

So if you cut something to 1/5 the size of its predecessor you leave things out, right?  What if they are ESSENTIAL things to the success of whatever it is?

    I think we should try that theory on the tax codes.  I'm sure everybody would agree to THAT.
