Those who complained about the cost of Obama's YEARLY Hawaiian vacations say nothing about Trump's WEEKLY trips to Mar a Lago. Why?

Cost-wise it is estimated that each weekly trip costs about $3 million Buc ls. He has taken 5 or 6 so far since the election. After 4 years it will be BIG LEAGUE BIGLY BIGTIME expensive. That doesn't include his golf trips or whatever vacation trips he and his EXTENDED FAMILY will be taking at taxpayer expense. But hey whatever he wants is A-okay with the folks who voted for him. No cost is too great for them. He is worth every cent. Isn't he?

    Doesn't apply to me....I didn't complain about Obama's trips. 
    He did golf WEEKLY for 6 1/2 yrs.  All over the country. I didn't complain then and I don't complain now. This post was edited by my2cents at July 13, 2018 6:19 AM MDT

    Yet you bring it up m2c. If it didn't bother you why are you still thinking about it? Trump has played golf 9 times since taking office. At his own golf courses. They are all over the world. We pay for him to go with his entourage/extended family everywhere he goes. He is a very expensive guy and we are paying through the nose. Thank you for your reply. Obama played golf weekly for 6-1/2 years? I did not know that. Why do you?

    I bring it up to show that people who are complaining about Trump's weekly trips did not complain about Obama's weekly trips. 
    I know because the subject has been brought up on AM more than once. And it caused me to research it.

    Thank you for the followup info. I was unaware that it was brought up at all let alone more than once. My daily ventures are limited to one area. Asking questions. I don't have time to look around and see what else is going on elsewhere so of course miss out on a lot. :(
