No, not absolutely.  Perhaps the law needs challenged.

I remember in the long long long ago whistle churches used to be sanctuaries. Anyone who got to one would be safe no matter who was after him/her. Of course there is a difference between mass murderers and people who come to America to give their families a better life. So we couldn't have a BLANKET sanctuary for everyone. Each case would have to be evaluated on the specifics. Thank you for the clarifcation. I appreciate it! :)

To my recollection there was a time limit on church sanctuary, 30 days.  The immigration problem is serious and contentious.

I did not know there is a time limit. Truth be told whistle the only reason I'm familiar with Sanctuary is from what I saw in the movies. I just assumed that was true for all churches. If a time limit was in place I was never aware of it. I don't think immigration is as seriously harmful as you and some others do although I do agree it is very contentious! Thank you for the added info! I appreciate it! :)
