    Only a truly stupid person would attempt to climb an electric wall with barbed wire. They must know it would kill them. So if they do attempt to climb a wall like that, and it kills them, then their death would be their own fault, nobody elses.

    Don't think it needs electrified. But I have no problem with barb wire.
