I've been troubled by that from sitting too long when I'm working. Two things that really help. A good Chiropractor and a special cushion I bought from Amazon for sciatica problems and I haven't been bothered by it since. I was taking some pills that helped a lot but haven't needed them since. See a Chiropractor and he/she will show you some exercises that help along with their treatment. Pills aren't the answer. Trust me, I went all through this and I feel great now.
