Rex Tillerson should stay mute. He said "I think the longer term status of Assad will be decided by the Syrian people". Was he SERIOUS?

After that brilliant pronouncement by US Secretary of State Tillerson Assad turned on his own people with chemical weapons! Did Tillerson have any clue what he was saying? Ya know what "they" said about Hillary " LOCK HER UP". What "they" should do about Tillerson is SHUT HIM UP! He is dangerous.
