Ha ha ha part of education..are you sure..? Are you aware of William Blake's songs of innocence and songs of experience ... 2 sets of poems displaying the innocence and experience....you are awakening it;))
Thank you... I must read them... Sounds interesting :) In the meantime... Perhaps something similar... This is from my favourite movie of all times, the Zefferelli version of Romeo and Juliet... Hope you enjoy :)
I had it in my syllabus during my post graduation in literature it seems simple but there is a lot to learn in those simple poems....I luv them....portrays me in a way;)) Sure I will watch the video, a little later!

Watching later is fine... The funny thing about poetry... It's distillation... Did you do Ezra pound? He went through a Haiku period in the 30s in Paris... One I love, inspired by standing on the metro platform at rush hour.. Two young women in the opposite platform.. Taken by they're beauty amidst the throng... These faces in a crowd Like petals On a wet, black bough
Yes some sections from his cantos never appealed to me but yes haiku is interesting....in 30's wow....I must read it....beautiful haiku you gave as example;))
