Something you may find interesting... Dad showed me this... If you get up close to a Web strand with a magnifying glass, you will notice tiny drops of clear liquid on the stand... They are the sticky bits... The Dustan between drops is different do each species as it allows the spider to walk the Web between the drops... And the really amazing part is how those drops are spaced ... That's magical
Not sure about the number, humans that is. And beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Beauty at times can seem ugly to the rest of us. I won't mention any examples/names, as I think we get one presented each day already without me repeating it.
SapphicHeart sometimes there are some jealous souls, isn't it better to let envy eat them and just watch it all mutely;))

Ah, the jealousy, is another ugly face. Despise it when I see it in my own eyes while watching the mirror. Together with hatred it's just a waste, not to bring any good to anyone.
Here is favorite song of mine, one of many. This one has spider and spiderwebs in it. Hope you can see it.

Everyone's spinning a web, Veena ... Doesn't matter if they beutiful or not. Lucky for us we pretty :p so over the webs ... Chuck it in the f*ck it bucket and MOVE ON .... RAAAAAAR :)
