FLIPFLOP! Trump said awhile back that China was the world's best currency manipulator. He flipped. Why?

On Wednesday in the Wall Street Journal Trump said that China is Not a currency manipulator. Did he forget  his original position when he was bashing China? How can you believe anything FLIPFLOP says? Why?

    Ya Trump must be exhausted today because yesterday he did 3 flipflops  - China - NATO and Banon. Then he walked around the White house and threatened to withhold payments to insurers if Demarcates didn't get behind the health care bill. I think the reason  he flipfloped on NATO and China is because he needs their military support to deal with North Korea, Russia and Syria. Cheers!
