If the president SAYS you're guilty, can you get a fair trial anywhere in the US?

Hello:


Trump SAID Susan Rice committed a crime.  She's NOT been charged with a crime, but IF she were, can she get a fair trial??  Will her attorney mention that the jury pool is contaminated BECAUSE of what Trump said??  Wouldn't it be ironic if she actually IS guilty, but BECAUSE Trump blared it out in the press, she was found NOT GUILTY???  Sounds delicious to me.

    If you are in the Trump ghetto, you go into auto-brain-dead mode and accept his word as the gospel
    If you are a normal person who sees through his BullSh!t, they will get a fair trial.
    The Jury pool should be made up of a jury of ones peers... ALL non-trump voters
