    Some of my American friends and contacts have expressed that same thought.... I don't think it's an unreasonable thing to say... it seems to me probable.

    I think too many folks thought Hillary was a slam-dunk. They couldn't ever have anticipated the hatred  millions of people have for her based on all the lies told about her for decades. So they elected an evil clown who will take America down. They so much prefer that to Hillary. That is a perfect example of cutting off your nose to spite your face. See all the noseless people wearing bandages where a nose should be? That's how you can tell who voted for Doofus Donny. SIGH. Thank you for your reply Addb and Happy Wednesday to thee! :)
