I probably overstated a bit.    I don't think a tremendous number of people here are not sane, but I think many are unstable and insecure, aka not well-adjusted.  I don't think I would invite 50% of the people here to my home.  I might hang out with everyone somewhere, but not my house.  It would be somewhere I could leave when I wanted to.  ;;)

except that most of them I don't know all that well,

so I'd probably prefer a cup of tea and a good long chin wag at a cafe,

before deciding to invite them home and introduce them to Ari.

Of course, first they'd have to fly across the Pacific.

The one I do know somewhat well would get a bed made up in Ari's den, and an invitation to stay for a fortnight.

I would bring 18 out of 20 from Answermug. They don't have to be sane or adjusted. If you saw the movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", I could do that. Teaching school is something like that. I've taught kids that grew up to be schizophrenics. I've had kids that were emotionally disturbed. Somehow, we all got along and survived the whole year. It wasn't easy, but I can get along with just about anybody.

I am surprised. But I don't knock your answer. I appreciate it. Yours is not the only answer with those such hi numbers.

Makes me think that since personally my numbers would be so much lower, maybe the mal adjusted and insane is I.

It's not about whom you can get along with, out of those blindly chosen twenty, how many you'd consider not crazy, nor twisted or Pervy, or malicious, or hateful, or passive aggressive, or you know, any of those things.  Still eighteen out of those twenty??
