How many promises did Trump make for his first 100 days that he actually kept? Are Trump signs that say "PROMISES KEPT" truth or lie? Why?

Trump made a Contract with America for his first 100 days. You ARE aware that HE is the one who made a big deal out of his first 100 days aren't you? So how did he score? Did he actually show up and do the work and keep his word? How?

    Hi Rosie:

Same as with most presidents. I don't know why you're so surprised.

I don't  recall any other prez making a Contract with the American people about what he would accomplish in the first 100 days Stu. If you do please edify me. His arrogant braggodocio is on display for everyone/anyone who gives a rat's a**. He didn't come through as he CONTRACTED with us that he would. I'm waiting for your lengthy list of other presidents who bragged similarly and struck out. I'm certain they will all be Democrats since I am quite aware of your absolute proclivity for being fair and  balanced. I await enlightenment. Thank you for your reply StuB and Happy Sunday to thee! :)

Rosie, do you ever use Google? Here are a few things to chew on...

    - The first hundred days of a first-term presidency of a President of the United States are sometimes used to measure the successes and accomplishments of a president during the time that the president's power and influence are at their greatest. The term was coined in a July 24, 1933, radio address by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, although he was referring to the 100-day session of the 73rd United States Congress between March 9 and June 17, rather than the first 100 days of his administration.

    - During the first hundred days of Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidency, he planned to end the Great Depression. When Roosevelt took office on March 4, 1933, he immediately addressed the effects of the depression. His main four priorities were to get Americans back to work, protect their savings and create prosperity, provide relief for the sick and elderly, and get industry and agriculture back on their feet. 15 major laws were enacted in Roosevelt's first 100 days. (Notably, however, it was the onset of World War II to truly end the Great Depression).

The first 100 days of Barack Obama's presidency began with his inauguration on January 20, 2009, as the 44th President of the United States. The first 100 days of a presidential term took on symbolic significance during Franklin Delano Roosevelt's administration, and the period is considered a benchmark to measure the early success of a president. Obama's 100th day in office was April 29, 2009.

Obama began to formally create his presidential footprint during his first 100 days. Obama quickly began attempting to foster support for his economic stimulus package, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The bill passed in the House on January 28, 2009, by a 244–188 vote, and it passed in the Senate on February 10 by a 61–37 margin.

So as you see, Rosie, the term "first hundred days" actually originated with FDR - info that would have been readily available to you had you spent 10-15 minutes doing a very small amount of research. Now we all get that you intensely dislike President Trump - LOUD AND CLEAR. But I'm starting to believe that you're so hell-bent on demonizing the guy that you won't let facts (or checking them) stand in your way. And this appears to be a theme in many of your questions.

And BTW, "Contract with America" is also nothing new - again a fact you could have discovered with a simple Google search...

The Contract with America was a document released by the United States Republican Party during the 1994 Congressional election campaign. Written by Newt Gingrich and Dick Armey, and in part using text from former President Ronald Reagan's 1985 State of the Union address, the Contract detailed the actions the Republicans promised to take if they became the majority party in the US House of Representatives for the first time in 40 years.

Well he keeps us all on the edge of the precipice. I expect he is being tethered on all sides by others who are much much much smarter than he is. Like a manic bull he strikes out in every direction and will absolutely destroy his surroundings if left alone to do what he wants to do! When he breaks loose of his restraints we will finally see the REAL Donald J. Trump in action unadulterated/unfiltered/unstoppable. I can hardly wait! :( Thank you for your reply SA! :)

"He keeps us all on the edge of a precipice..."

Nothing like a sweeping generalization! Maybe you're on the edge of a precipice, and if you are, feel free to speak for yourself. But please don't presume to speak for others with statements like that. Some of us have other things to think about, like getting up and going to work or school every day.

Maybe you need to get out more, lol.
