Everyone WILL HAVE ACCESS TO pre-existing condition coverage. At what cost? Do they die if they can't afford it?

Most states have a safety net already in place for this type of thing. My state if you are diagnosed with cancer and uninsured you are automatically approved for Medicaid. The same for children with medical conditions that require regular care.
