Is it only right each state be free to implement its own health care plan but only if it meets minimum Federal guidlines mandated

regardless of a plan to ensure each state at least has something?

    I think so. Because as I've noted, we all have 49 other choices than the state we live in. I like diversity among states and Federal government can destroy that entirely if they haven't already.
