Some folks are against killing animals for their fur. Do they not wear leather shoes, have leather bags, wear leather coats? Is there a difference between wearing fur/ leather? What and Why?

    I think it would be hypocritical to object to fur but not leather. Both are the skin of an animal.
    Personally I don't have a problem with either. As long as the animal was not mistreated and the meat was used for food.

    I'm a hypocrite m2c. I LOVE leather but I can't stand seeing folks wear fur. I know it's contradictory. I also eat meat but I would NEVER go out to hunt and kill animals and then use their stuffed heads as trophies to adorn a game room.  I know it's hypocritcal.   Mea culpa.
