It costs employers money to train employees, so they don't want to have to replace them every few months. Loyalty is important. Employees have to be depended on to be on time, every time. Absenteeism also costs money, reliability is essential. Business is constantly changing, employees have to be able to adapt quickly to keep the business competitive.
Employers should reward employees who tick all the boxes - productivity bssed salary increases, bonuses - and here's an idea - non voting stock in the company. The better the company performs, the more those shares are worth.
