What a sad situation. Neither Trump nor Clinton is admirable. Neither one fits the bill. Neither one is anyone's first choice for prez. They are just the ones who survived. What did we do wrong?

I disagree. There are people who both admire and want them as president. I know people who have supported Hillary Clinton for years.
I supported Trump. Trump has received more votes than any other r candidate in primary history.... someone likes him and supports him. Just because the establishment and media lost their choice (Jeb) does not mean the American people were wrong.

We are reaping the bitter harvest of everything we have sown as a society and a nation. We are getting what is just. These  corrupt candidates are merely a reflection of who we are. We went to the polls during thirty primary elections and placed them where they are now. You'll hear nothing sympathetic from this end. When we clean up our act we'll have better leadership. Some voted out of blind ignorance and many others felt that it was time to accept those on the ballot without any integrity to offer. Turn a blind eye and you get blind sided.

Well I can't argue with you Polk, You are right on target with everything you say. Arguing with truth makes no sense so I'm not  gonna waste your time or mine. Thank you for your thoughtful and spot-on analysis . It;s not your fault that it makes me fee sol lousy  :(
