Are you very patient when you have to explain what you meant? Sometimes folks get it and sometimes they don't. Is it always your fault?

If I am dealing with simple ignorance (lack of knowledge) I'm pretty patient.  If I am dealing with consequent ignorance, I tend to be much less so.  (Consequent ignorance---lack of knowledge that you responsible for knowing.)
