  • admire isn't the word I'd use when talking about Republicans, but I respect their decision to take a stand against that racist scumbag.

    I think any time you place being true to yourself/your conscience above being true to a  political party it is quite admirable. There are costs to pay for doing so. There are even worse costs to pay for not doing so. Thank you for your reply Step and Happy Monday! :)

    I think some of them are forced/obligated to do so Sharonna, They are probably very torn. I think sometimes there are duties to an office you hold that must be met no matter how you feel about things. I wonder how much Paul Ryan regrets being Speaker of the House? He sold his soul because of it. I wonder how long he can stand it? Thank you for your reply.  So do you admire those who won't be there?.
