Is "Ho Hum Soup" a standard phrase? The only part i recocnize is the "Ho Hum". It is what you do when asked how good something was, and you cannot find anything really good to say about it (but nothing really bad either). Often used about food, but it can be anything. eg: A Ho Hum performance of "Hamlet".
