Who is ready for President Pence to take over? What problems will he bring to the Oval Office? Better/worse than what's there now? How?

Ryan? Isn't he yesterday's news? He is the Speaker of the House and distinguished himself for his inability to do anything substantive, influence anything important, create anything that means anything. He was once upon a time a promising aspirant/a contender but blew it by his wimpy water-carrying toady subservience to  Donald J. Trump. He used to be somebody. He isn't any more. Just my opinion WW. Until recently. Then Ryan rolled over because the most important thing to him is having Trump sign bills that promote his long-time agenda. That's what drives him. Otherwise he would never suck up to Trump and remain silent. He had it. He lost it. He is no better than Pence. What he did early on means nothing except that he KNEW BETTER and chose to ignore. He is a great disappointment to me and I'm a Progressive Liberal Dem. Think what a disappointment he must be to the few Republicans who are disgusted with Trump and celebrate the choice of Robert Mueller! Thank you for your reply WW! :)
