"No president has been STUPID enough to get himself in so much trouble in the first 4 months". Agree/dis/why?

That was said this morning by "Morning Joe" co-host Joe Scarborough about Trump. Now Joe used to be a Conservative. I think he is still a Republican but having a really hard time with what the party is now since it was kidnapped by Donald J. Trump. How long will Trump hold it hostage? What ransom will satisfy him? Will he behead anyone?  The government doesn't negotiate with terrorists. Allegedly.

    So stupid yet you have had four months to come up with nothing? Where is the evidence of collusion? In another three years you might have twice as much if you are lucky.
