When the Putin/Russia/Trump Collusion scandal gets too hot to handle will the GOP throw Trump bunder the bus?

Why would the GOP sacrifice the party for Trump? At what point does it become too late to regret and act? The GOP already OWNS everything Trump. How do they extricate themselves from the morassy miasma they created by nominating such a candidate? Are we there yet?

    They didn't try to extricate Nixon, they just let the bus run over him. I'm guessing they'll let the same thing happen to Trump, he's destroying himself without help. McCain may be the executuoner, he cordially detests the Dumpster - and with one if their own moving the articles of impeachment, many will fall into line.
