The narrow-minded bigoted Secretary of State REFUSED to honor Ramadan. It has to do with Islam you see and he will have nothing to do with it! He is breaking State Department tradition but he doesn't give a sh** apparently. His disdain is more important than doing the right thing. Shame on him.
