How long will it take Trump to shut NOAA down to shut it up? Why?

Per The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, coral reefs in US waters and marine sanctuaries near Hawaii, Florida and the Caribbean are expected to disappear within a few decades. DUE TO GLOBAL WARMING! See what I mean? You know that liberal hoax called global warming that the really smart folks pay no attention to because it never existed? Best thing Trump can do is to make NOAA GO AWAY. How long before he figures it out and what gibberish will he give for its demise? "I felt like it"! That always works so well.  :(
