"You can't rape your spouse". Per Trump personal lawyer Michael Cohen. Is that true or false? Is he a liar or truthteller?

Apparently and allegedly that is what IVANA Trump charged The Donald with having done during their divorce. Raped her. Michael Cohen, Trump lawyer extraordinaire, said what I quoted above. If true that means every spouse everywhere can be sexually assaulted by their partners without any charges being brought against them. Marriage confers authority to do whatever the he** you want to your spouse and you are within your legal right? Is that really how it goes or is Michael Cohen an unbelievably ignorantly stupid man who practices law very badly? He comes across as a tough guy who threatens others. Like the mafia  concigliere. Whatcha think? Are all of us subject to sexual assault/physical abuse by our partners without recourse to any legal way to charge them and stop them? Does this Michael Cohen spout the law or is he as full of sh** as his client? Inquiring minds wanna know.

Precisely. Married or not. The dumbhead mouthpiece (Michael Cohen) for the dumbhead prez (THE DONALD) was/is too stupid to know that apparently. At least he was when Ivana divorced Trump and said he had raped her! I'm not surprised. Dumb attracts dumb. They feel safe with each other.  SIGH.  Thank you for your reply whistle and Happy  Wednesday! :)
