Eye of the beholder. Everything is relative. I know. Is BEST relative? Are there any guidelines/templates that we can apply to recognize it?

Normally people aspire to be the "best" they can be. Striving to be the worst seems evil/insane to me. Does it seem evil/insane to thee? Who else would be thrilled with achieving the worst possible but an evil madman and his acolytes?
