    Smaller entities within the US will not be building new coal powered power plants, no matter that Trump says they now can.

    California via Governor Brown is continuing on with our climate change plans as are over 20 or more other cities and states. We don't give a sh** that the Jacka** in the White House is going to pull funding or destroy the EPA. He is nothing to us. He hates California and we double down in how much we DESPISE him. He is ignorable and deplorable and we have no use for him whatsoever. That's what cities and states are doing. We  think he is an abomination to the world and a laughingstock and the funniest part  is that he has no clue how many people in the world despise him and what he is attempting to do. You don't let someone whom you DESPISE tell you what to do when you know better. Did I answer your question Shar?
