Doofus Donny berated the mayor for saying there was "no cause for alarm". The mayor was not talking about the attack but about the increased police presence. Doofus doesn't care. He has an opinion on everything and not knowing what the he** he is talking about never shuts him up. No one around him loves him enough to control him either. No wonder he eats, gains weight and is lonely. He is clearly feared and unloved.
