The highest-ranking police officer tied to the Freddie Gray case is ACQUITTED. Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby, acting on Obama's marching orders, now 0-4 on 6 high-profile prosecutions.

Isn't it time for Obama to lift the senseless orders to harass, prosecute, and destroy every law enforcement officer or self-defending citizen who gets involved in an unfortunate incident with a black lawbreaker?

Lest anyone think there is any validity to the pile of bulls**t which constitutes your "question," I will point out a few inconvenient facts:

    1) Gray was arrested for NO SPECIFIC CHARGE other than he ran away from police officers after making eye contact. After he was apprehended, only THEN did police notice he possessed a knife which (according to published reports) is legal under Maryland law, but violates a Baltimore city statute.

    2) Somewhere between the police arresting Gray and Gray's arrival at the police station via transport van, his spine was broken and he lapsed into a coma. Such events are not the normal.

    3) Yes, so far, all the officers charged have been acquitted. I would note that O.J. Simpson was acquitted of the murders he was accused of. Does that mean you seriously believe Simpson was NOT complicit in those crimes? As with the Simpson case, so far the prosecutors have failed to prove the charges against the police involved in the incident beyond a reasonable doubt to a judge's satisfaction. Given that most of the evidence in these cases is the testimony of the police officers involved (and people who are accused of crimes NEVER lie about their involvement, right?), perhaps it's not surprising the prosecutors cannot prove their cases to high standard criminal trial require.

    4) Another noteworthy parallel from the OJ Simpson case: while he was criminally acquitted, he was found liable in a subsequent civil trial (where the burden of proof is significantly less stringent). The City of Baltimore preemptively settled a civil case with Freddie Gray's family, rather than face civil litigation. Surely, if the police involved in Freddie Gray's death did absolutely positively nothing wrong and the charges against them are nothing but race-hustling, the city would fight the civil lawsuit because any judge would immediately throw it out as frivilous and groundless, right?  Apparently not.

I will forgo the usual uncomplimentary analyses of your intellectual prowess and moral character, since I believe this latest post merely confirms what people already know from your long record of posting similar bulls**t.
