"I was wrong. I'm sorry. I apologize". How many times have you said and meant those words? I think apologizing shows character. Do you?

Those who refuse to apologize since they "never have anything to apologize for" show us whom they are. How would you describe such folks? Why?

    Apologies are there to be utilized when needed. Those who dont use them, are in denial of their necessary purpose.

    It depends on how many times a day you need to do it.  Sometimes "I'm sorry" is just a knee-jerk reaction to shut people up.

    A sincere apology indicates that you know you're said or done something wrong or hurtful.  A sincere apology shows remorse and might mean that the person will think twice about doing that again.
