Oh yeah, once when I was at Grand Canyon, I witnessed a rodeo show by a Native American;))

I would never relish a little bird. I do relish the fruit though because they taste like strawberries. I'm not a big relish fan in general, yet if you made me a dish of your lovely onion relish (chutney) to go with some papadams, it would make me very happy. I relish that thought! I am realizing I really relish the word relish.
Oh no, you spelled it perfectly right, I was astonished that you knew the term;)) please ask in the nearest Indian grocery for papad, you may purchase online too....just take 2 from the packet and wrap in a tissue and microwave it for 30 seconds, then keep on other side and repeat, continue till it is done. ( papad is the short form of papadams. If you want, you can fry it in oil, just wait till oil is hot, simmer the stove and put the papad,it comes up in half a minute, just turn it and cook for another half minute, it is done! You can have it as a snack anytime, just watch out for the flavor....for instance the black pepper one is too spicy, the garlic one is too garlicky;))

Thank you Veena. Unfortunately, where I live there aren't any Indian grocery stores. I think the closest one is at least an hour away. Personally, I prefer Naan over papadams. I do make on occasion, butter chicken or a biriyani. Sometimes I can find the frozen dishes but it's just not the same. When I go down to New Jersey to visit friends, I visit the Indian groceries there along with getting my Indian food fix. lol. I usually order take out too which I bring home. ;-)
