GOP secret back door healthcare bill. Do you believe the bullsh** being fed to the gullible? Why?

Here's what the LIARS want the gullible among you to believe.

That the Dems in 2009 did the same thing as the GOP is doing RIGHT NOW. Back door secrecy. They quote Nancy Pelosi who was Speaker of the House at the time. That's all they do. They say nothing about what happened next or any of the steps that were taken. Here's what really happened.

It took Dems 14 months of open hearings and debates BEFORE the AHCA passed. 

Starting in March 2009 Obama held a White House Summit meeting with lawmakers and interested healthcare parties to talk about healthcare reform.

In July 2009 the HOUSE  released a 1000 page bill. It went through MONTHS of  Committee markups before the House passed it in November 2009.

Then it went to the Senate  where weeks of hearings on the text were held .  Republicans proposed and debated hundreds of amendments to it though few were incorporated in it. The final Senate bill was reviewed before it went to the floor for a vote. THE Congressional Budget Office had provided a FULL ANALYSIS ONE MONTH BEFORE the bill went to the floor for a vote. Everyone had access to the information. Everyone. No secrecy. No silence. No backdoor midnight plotting.The Dems even delayed the final vote so that they and the Republicans could hold more closed door hearings. Only then was the vote taken and the bill passed.

So the bullsh** you are being fed about how it was and why what the Republicans are doing now is no big deal because the Dems did it first is a lie. Look it up. Get informed. Take a chance that knowing what actually happened won't kill you. Or keep on spreading the same old lies. Your choice.  :(
