Forgive me for my naivety but while the nation is not done with the subject of Russian collusion do you believe the C.I.A does not influence

foreign elections? Hacking is just a new tool in the box to further do what is routinely done. Why wouldn't the Russians use it? Dollars to doughnuts so do we.
