There are givers and there are takers in all levels of wealth.
Stingy is as stingy does.
The rich and entitled seem to be immune to suffering, at least on the financial level; and, therefore, are immune to the suffering of others.
But there are very stingy people everywhere. Some of the biggest users and cons ever are many of those in poverty. Some need to survive and some just need to get a thrill out of ripping others off.
