That way there could be no fraud accusations, right? What a relief! Proof that fraud could not possibly exist among an electorate that refused to vote. That would probably be the only way to shut up the voter fraud conspiracy theorists unless..well, unless they found a way to make not voting fraudulent! Could they? Would all be tossed in jail? What would they/could/should do to us?
