Well since we are hijacked by Russia, the question is moot. Why worry about the effect of voters? There is no impact regarding supression when our President is in league with hackers who can bee seen from Sara Palin's backyard.
It is the will of the people Shar. The people who adore him. There are more of us (Doofus Donny dislikers) than there are of them. Matters not. Just as Islamic Terrorists say "it is the will of Allah". Doofus Donny is God to those who worship him. Wither he goest they goest. Whatever he saith they embraceth.
