Russia and China will work together on the North Korea situation. Notice who is not included? Why did the US lose its place in front?

The US used to be looked up to as the world leader. No longer. We cannot be relied upon to keep commitments. No one knows any longer what we will support and what we will ignore. We are unstable, unpredictable and unbearable currently. So we are no longer at the head of the line.  We no longer shine.
