Yes. It is called greasing the palm. The more grease you have, the more takers you get. They will say anything and do anything you wish, just grease away.
You can even get a poor Mexican to stand up on a stage and try and win the Mexican vote by saying TRUMP is LIKE YOUR FATHER.
There are no limits to what you can sink to if you have the grease.
