    Just read that McConnell is delaying the vote for a week because John McCain is recovering from surgery. By then the CBO score should be available as well. I think it's supposed to come out Monday or Tuesday.Now you probably know there are two rock solid holdouts. Rand Paul  because he wants the bill to be far more cruel than it is and Susan Collins because she is concerned about the cuts to Medicaid. McConnell can't afford to lose another vote or the bill dies and there are a few other legislators concerned about the drastic Medicaid cuts. Whether they will be persuaded to roll over I don't know but I hope they stand their ground. Thank you for your reply and the link you provided Zack! :)
