I can't say that I wear much that's not Western unless I was wearing a costume for a specific function. Even then, that's very rare, but I guess it was fun the few times I've done it.

Honestly have never been all that into clothes except just wanting to look good and dress appropriately and have enough difficulty finding any in my own culture that fit me and look good on me so have never even considered trying to deal with those of other cultures. Tend more to stay with what I deems works and what I feel good about myself in. I have always taken a lot of advice from friends which has never led me in that direction.
