    I don't care about the flaws.

    I relish being able to see clearly. If I can't see someone's nuances of facial expressions it greatly detracts from the quality of my time with them. And I find if I can see my food I enjoy it much more.

  • I don't mind the flaws of the house. There are too many. It will take us years to make the necessary improvements, and some things are unfixable with our limited means. I expect that when friends see the flaws they learn more of who my husband and I are. It never occurred to me to turn the lights down to try to hide anything.
