Class-Action Lawsuit/Blanket Pardon/Blanket Defense. The latter could be the "Alzheimer Defense". The liars aren't. They just forgot. Right?

So all the folks who lied on federal applications for security clearances and to Congress under oath are mentally deficient/defective/diseased. Every single one of the "liars" to be hospitalized. What other excuse is there for lying? Right?
