When you are the CEO of a company you take responsibility for good AND BAD! Trump only takes the credit. LOUSY CEO ain't he?

On the desk of President Truman was a sign that said THE BUCK STOPS HERE.  Does The Donald understand what being a leader is? Does he know the buck always stops at  the desk of the president...for plus/minus? He doesn't know very much about how things operate. So much for being a great negotiators/dealmaker/leader!  Bah Humbug!  :(

I have never been a CEO but I have worked for many.   There are two kinds.  The first kind is the most popular and that is the guy who covers his BUTT.  Just because you are on top, does not mean you are not scrutinized at every turn.  So you are naturally paranoid and will do anything to keep your seat by crossing every i and dotting every t.

But they don't rest well, those CEO's.  At best they have to trust all the peons below to be happy and not disgruntled enough to cause problems for Mr. CEO.

They always have a lot on their plate.

There are a few that handle the job with aplomb, but mostly because their seat is so secure they can just coast.  That seldom happens and it probably did happen with Trump and his minions for years.  He could cover up and fire anyone as a scapegoat.  Now, in the White House, things are under a more powerful microscope and moron didn't count on that.  He figured if he gave rats cushy jobs, their duty is to protect the head rat.

But a rat is always a rat by nature, Donny.  You should know.  You wrote the definition yourself.

Do you mean like when the banksters stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for the financial crisis back in '07 / '08? When will Jamie Demon be getting out of jail for the transgressions at Chase?)

Or perhaps you're thinking of the leadership at General Motors when that company went down the tubes?

    And that's just for starters.

So yeah, your statement seems legit . . .
