    No one with morals or common sense would ever work for him. All he has left are these spineless/gutless enablers.

     Precisely Zack. The bottom of the barrel. The residue/scrapings/crap/scum. But that is what he values because actual talent/intelligence/integrity scares him and he doesn't want any part of that. So he chooses people exactly like him. And DEMANDS their obedience to everything he says. Could you ever have imagined so many people could react this way to a madman and roll over? Thank you for your reply and Happy  Wednesday! :)
